Michael H. Fier has been admitted to practice law since 1985 and is admitted in New York State and the State of New Jersey. Michael is also admitted to the Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. Michael began the practice of law in New York City, as a litigator, and started his own general practice firm on January 1, 1990 on Long Island, to go back to the place he was raised, and wished to raise his children. Michael got his undergraduate degree from Fordham College in 1981 with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Theology. Michael received his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1984.
Michael H. Fier is licensed by the University of the State of New York Education Department to teach law since 1991 and has taught at Molloy College in Rockville Center. Michael’s practice is a general practice with a concentration in Real Estate. He has been a closing attorney for such lenders as Citicorp Trust, Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of America.
Michael H. Fier has worked in the past at the Law offices of Mark A. Varrichio, the Islip Town Attorney’s Office and was part of the 411th Engineering Unit of the United States Army.
